Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring seamless and accurate customer invoicing, optimizing cash collections, and driving efficient financial processes. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst in managing daily customer invoicing and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee customer invoicing in internal systems and portals, monitor credit, handle collections, and maintain AR aging reports.
  • Proactively track customer cash collections to ensure timely payments.
  • Assist the Senior AR Analyst in executing and improving AR policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze AR metrics, including aging reports and performance dashboards, for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, delivery) and external partners (customers, agents) to resolve AR-related issues effectively.
  • And perform other duties as may reasonably be required in alignment with the purpose of the role.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting finance functions, with knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (experience in ERP implementation is a plus) and advanced spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience with supplier invoicing tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and build strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong control mindset and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
