Role Summary

eClerx is seeking a team-oriented Trading Support Analyst who is able to assist and take lead on certain project based initiatives as the business grows and evolves. The role is highly versatile and enables direct collaboration with various groups and leadership, developing and executing on internal management objectives. The role requires someone who is inquisitive, eager to learn and is a team player as well.   

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will provide Support to the deal team including:

• Liaising with deal analysts, legal, compliance, risk and operations team members to support their current and future database usage
• Helping onboard new users with IT
• Responding to requests from the business using reports and data extracts
• Replying to ad hoc ‘how-to’ requests
• Following up with analysts on their ‘to do’ lists
• Working with analysts to ensure data accuracy and timeliness in database
• Trouble-shooting upload errors across deal and origination teams
• Supporting analysts with migration of cap table and deal financial upload into database
• Coordinating with business and IT team to download bulk documents
• Documenting requests and improvements from the business in Wrike
• Liaising with technology team on bugs fixes and new development, including UAT prior to production release
• Collaborating with the reporting team on development and testing of new reports and enrichment to existing reports
• Working with data governance team to ensure proper data linkages

Eligibility Requirements

• 1-3 years' relevant experience.
• Strong Excel experience required
• Bachelor’s degree

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $50,000-$55,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
