Junior Analyst, HR Shared Services (Tier 1)

The Junior Analyst, HR Shared Services (Tier 1) reports to the Senior Analyst, Shared Services Tier 2 and is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and payroll information in the HRIS and providing tier 1 HRIS support. This position will primarily be responsible for employee record and payroll data entry in the HRIS, leave of absence processing, basic troubleshooting, system guidance, and request fulfillment. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to create efficiency, drive system integrity, maintain SOX compliance, and deliver optimal experiences for all end users.

Responsibilities

• Support Human Resources and Payroll by performing timely and accurate full lifecycle employee record, benefit and payroll related data entry within the HRIS in accordance with service level agreements
• Perform leave of absence processing duties, including initiation, tracking, and data entry
• Execute or provide initiation guidance for supporting documentation for various HR programs and processes, as requested
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via various shared emailed inboxes and the ticketing system, troubleshooting routine issues and escalating inquires as needed
• Assist with creation and maintenance of HR ticketing system process documentation and internal Shared Services documentation
• Perform routine and ad hoc compliance tasks
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experienc

Qualifications 

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical aptitude
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while demonstrating excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with highly sensitive information
