About the role
This role will be responsible for driving forward work as part of an integrated, large-scale campaign, as well as media monitoring and product launch support for a new client. They will work closely with account leads and a cross-functional team of communications professionals in specialty disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses a strong interest in healthcare product communications and policy, is curious and excited to experiment and explore new ideas/new channels, is proactive, resourceful, has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working on a fast-paced team.Â
- Drive forward workstreams with the overall team
- Lead projects, including developing and updating of tools and trackers to ensure all activities are moving forward against deadlines
- Help set and meet campaign measurement and evaluation criteria
- Conduct media monitoring, mining for insights and implications
- Develop a range of documents and materials including key messages, social content, pitches, etc.
- Assist in the overall management of the team and work
- Continually look for opportunities to optimize work and deliverables
- Ensure high quality work from integrated team
The requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 0-1 years of agency or in-house communications experience
- Understanding of integrated agency teams (Earned Media, Social, Partnerships, Creative)
- Can promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions
- Can handle multiple deliverables at once
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Hunger to learn and grow as a communications / marketing professional
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

NYC Salary range: $45,000 - $45,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
