Junior B2B Account Manager
Job Description
The B2B Commercial Team is the engine driving Nord Security’s growth in the corporate cybersecurity sector.
Our focus is on strategic partnerships and integrations. Engaging with clients and delivering impactful business solutions that secure their digital presence – this is what fuels our drive and success.
Main Responsibilities
- Take proactive steps to foster and enhance existing client relationships and ensure retention;
- Manage client renewals;
- Provide ongoing account & sales support to existing customers;
- Address basic technical issues or escalate them to senior team members/tech support;
- Help identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities;
- Inform existing customers of product updates;
- Assist the team to exceed sales goals and handle all inquiries in a timely manner;
- Manage Customer Relations Management (CRM) system proactively;
- Team & Cross department collaboration.
Core Requirements
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management, and sales principles;
- Previous experience in B2B or a sales environment, in general, is a bonus;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Ability to think strategically and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed;
- Strong motivation to grow and deliver results; passionate about sales;
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a bonus;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Available Full-Time in Vilnius or Kaunas.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1660- 2320 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
