Key Responsibilities • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. • Evaluate current workflows and suggest efficiency improvements. • Support project managers in tracking deliverables and deadlines. • Prepare reports, process maps, and presentations for stakeholders. • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or project coordination (internships included). • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset. • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
