The Opportunity:Â
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to join our Sales team who wants to be a part of a startup that is changing the world of manufacturing! In this role, you will work with all facets of the company, including the executive team to bring Paperless Parts to your prospects. This is a collaborative role that drives top-of-funnel growth, providing an impact opportunity for our business. You will report to our Sr. Director of Go-to-Market and Enablement.Â
Responsibilities:
- Research contacts at prospective new accounts so you can effectively reach out to them via cold call and email
- Utilize sales and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and EDA to find manufacturers who would benefit from Paperless Parts
- Partner with your Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to identify target accounts and turn them into prospective customers
- Achieve your specific daily, monthly, and quarterly “Account Verification” and pipeline metrics to help Paperless Parts achieve its sales goals
- As part of the Paperless Parts team, further, the company-wide DEI & social impact initiates
Required Skills:
- Entry-level
- Interest in the manufacturing spaceÂ
- Ability to collaborate with others and drive for resultsÂ
- Comfortable working autonomouslyÂ
- Travel required: once a quarter, proof of vaccination required
Preferred Skills:Â
- Experience working in a startup SaaS/cloud environmentÂ
- Prior exposure to a CRM (Salesforce preferred)Â
- Experience working in tech and/or salesÂ

The office has an open floor plan with several conference rooms to encourage collaboration with your colleagues in California and TV's to connect with those sitting in Boston or remotely. The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of activities on the 101.
