We are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager (all genders) to join our team in Berlin. Join our dynamic Media team as a Junior Campaign Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth trajectory. You'll work closely with senior team members to expand our offerings, boost revenue, and redefine our Media department, influencing its structure directly.

YOUR MISSION:

• Set up, manage, control, and analyze online paid media campaigns using our agency tools and ad servers
• Utilize exceptional numerical and analytical skills to execute campaigns systematically and independently
• Generate and update digital marketing reports
• Develop campaign strategies and monetization models
• Collaborate closely with several teams and departments
• Engage in continuous learning and self-training to integrate new products and systems
• Proactively address challenges and opportunities in campaign management

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related fields
• Professional proficiency in English
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads (Google Ads), and Analytics
• Excel Rockstar
• Commitment to precision and independence
• Passion for delivering high-quality work
• Knack for systems thinking and analytical reasoning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude towards self-development and learning
• A team player with quick problem-solving skills
