Junior Client Services Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a BMR client-focused account team member. Reporting to the team’s Senior Consultant, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of team with a niche product/service focus.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with BMR clients, acting as a key point of contact within the company.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and propose solutions that align with their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients.

Who you are:

• Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
• The capacity to adjust to changing client needs and industry trends.
• A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through and reliability.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
