Junior Cloud Administrator

At ValGenesis, we are searching for a Junior Cloud Admin to join our SaaS team in our Chennai Office. You will be essential to the smooth operation of the IT department Level-1 team supporting the customer hosting. Executing IT operational tasks will be your main duty to maintain the efficiency of the SaaS Support Services. Your contribution will be crucial to our IT operations' efficacy and efficiency. 

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the alerts console, handling ServiceDesk Tickets,

• Monitoring the health of backup jobs, Backup and Restoration test for Customer databases. 

• Performing product installation in non-prod environments. 

• Generating Periodic/adhoc reports as requested by customers/auditors. 

• Any Graduation /Diploma from Computer Science background or IT 

• 0-1 years of experience 

• Azure Administration certifications would be an added advantage. 

• Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shift rotations and on holidays/weekends. 

• Knowledge in administering Microsoft windows 2019/2022 servers. 

• Knowledge on managing Active Directory (AD), Azure Entra ID, SSO 

• Knowledge on applying OS patches and upgrades will be an added advantage. Upgrade administrative tools and utilities 

• Configure / add new services as necessary procedures. 

• Experience in windows IIS, SQL database installation and management. 

• Knowledge of ISO 9001& 27001 (ISMS) would add more value.
