The Junior Consultant Accelerator Programme is an exclusive programme offered to select top talent. 

The programme is a transformational experience that allows you to dive deep into the three core aspects of management consulting:
Management consulting skills

• Gain a deep understanding of the management consulting industry 
• Solve real client problems by being part of local and global project teams
• Develop the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a management consulting career

Experience development

• Own your development path by designing your accelerator experience together with your chosen personal leader
• Gain insight into the different areas of management consulting
• Contribute to projects across areas of expertise – from strategy and transformation to growth and innovation

Successful performance may lead to a full-time management consultant position after graduation.

We are looking for people who:

• Are pursuing a master’s degree or in the final year of your bachelor's degree in business, economics and/or engineering with excellent academic results 
• Possess strong methodical skills 
• Can maintain a holistic view and at the same time like to get nerdy on a specific topic 
• Appreciate a flat organisation where results are what is most important
• Want to redefine the management consulting industry and shape the future of Implement in Norway 
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English
