Junior Content Experiences Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover)

As a Creative and Product operations specialist within the Content Experiences team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of online fashion and lifestyle experiences for customers, and help partner brands and content creators succeed in telling their stories on Zalando. You will be responsible for executing and improving our live streaming operations for pre-production, broadcasting and post-production. You will coordinate a diverse set of teams including commercial stakeholders, technical experts, creative and production teams, brand partners and content creators.

Please note that this is a fixed term maternity cover until January 2026.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You align with representatives from commercial functions on the programming of our live streams.

• You brief dedicated teams and orchestrate the scheduling, configuration, community management and maintenance of live shows.

• You coordinate internal stakeholders and external parties (software vendor, production agencies, talents) in the programming and production planning of live shows.

• You collaborate with product management, product design and engineering team to ensure our onsite live streaming experience and content meet Zalando's standards.

• You assist with or lead rituals with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare documentation for the key operational deliverables.

• You drive product marketing efforts in collaboration with the central Product Marketing team, steer the sourcing of promotional assets, and provide recommendations to improve the promotion of live streams.

• You contribute to the performance measurement and analysis of our live shows, and you will help identify opportunities for operational and creative improvement.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have completed training or studies in the field of marketing, communication, multimedia production or similar fields.

• You are experienced at working with creative teams and handling projects with external parties.

• Experience of working in content production or content marketing is a plus.

• Experience of collaborating with product management and engineering teams is a plus.

• You have acquired knowledge of basic project management tools and practices.

• You have a high level understanding of the influencer marketing industry and a high interest in social media, content creation, fashion or beauty, styling and a flair for trends.

• You are praised for your strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.

• You have developed a collaborative and analytical mindset.

• Fluent English necessary, German proficiency is a plus.
