Our Onsite Content Team is responsible for the ideation, conceptualization and execution of the fashion content on all our platforms (app, mobile web and desktop) across all countries. It’s a fast moving team where we work at a high pace to bring our consumers the most exciting and inspiring content and culturally relevant topics to enhance their journey and shopping experience in our shop.
In our work, we use performance metrics, including ongoing KPI monitoring, quality & cost control, further development of automation and onsite placements with our tech teams to approach fashion from multiple angles, offering our consumers inspiration and content that they actually want and look for.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in seasonal topic and editorial planning
- Autonomous execution of content integration projects, using various content management systems
- Implementation of creative and performance driven onsite marketing campaigns, from content selection, teaser creation and targeting
- Measurement of the success of content through structured reporting and analysis using common KPIs, as well as deriving recommendations and implementing optimization potentials
- Conceptualization, execution, and evaluation of various A/B tests
Requirements
- Affinity for fashion and popular cultureÂ
- Highly motivated with a structured work approach and quick comprehension skills
- Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s Degree in fashion, marketing or a similar field is desirable, but not mandatory
- Professional experience in Retail, Publishing, E-Commerce or Online Marketing
- Good analytical skills and confident in working with numbers or an interest in learning these skills
- Affinity for data driven decision making paired with a hands on and goal oriented mentality
- Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately for maximizing business impact
