Job Description

Our HRIT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep HRIT systems of BOSCH running, up to date and prepared for the future. Our team is looking for a HR Controller to integrate our team, joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon.

Your contribution to something big:

• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts;
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the updates of the volumes in the charging tool;
• Prepare the data accordingly with the plant ID and shares;
• Assist in analyzing budget variances and provide reports to management;
• Perform contracting alignment with internal customers.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Degree in in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or any comparable university background;
• Experience: Experience in the controlling area;
• Knowledge: Proficiency in using MS office tools;
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;
• Personality: We are looking for someone with very good communication skills, positivity, logical thinking, proactive approach, flexibility and resilience.
