Junior Creative Marketing Specialist

Your impact:

• Come up with fresh and exciting ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Create initial versions and test out these ideas.
• Provide helpful feedback to colleagues like User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.
• Order assets and video material from designers, agencies, and influencers.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of processes for creative ideas development and testing to align with the marketing department’s goals.

About You:

• Minimum 6 month of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis.
• Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CPI, CTA, CTR, ROI).
• Experience working with technical tasks for designers.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• The most important thing is your mindset and desire to generate ideas, come up with solutions to given tasks.
