YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify relevant and high interest/Entertaining topics that will drive the YouTube audience to click on our videos.
• Scrape all social media platforms for clips tailored to the creative ideas given to you 
• Research and help write outlines for filming days
• Assist with the physical production of shoots to ensure the creative vision comes to life
• Use YouTube Analytics to understand why things succeed or fail and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain several projects at once while effectively managing time and responsibilities
• Always be educating yourself on what works best in the Reaction space
• Look for new and interesting ways to improve our content or fill content gaps
• Find, research, and organize props

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of experience with creative writing within the digital media space 
• Stellar writing skills, with a funny, sarcastic, clever voice that will easily adapt itself to the TBNR brand
• Excellent research skills
• Strong initiative and the ability for creative thinking as it relates to Pop Culture and content production
• Ability to deliver content on tight deadlines
• Experience using Google Suite, Monday.com (or other project management tools), and Slack preferred
