(Junior) Customer Service Engineer Sports (m/f/d)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a (Junior) Customer Service Engineer at KINEXON Sports you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers & our technical teams. Serving as the primary interface, you will contribute to the success of projects by providing support and driving customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and a collaborative approach. Get excited to support our KINEXON Sports customers - from clients in the Bundesliga to the Euroleague Basketball, NBA and more!
This role requires an in-person presence of around once or twice per week out of our offices in Munich, Germany.
YOU WILL ...
- be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions for our KINEXON sports portfolio (including both software & hardware products).
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Engineering, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and to advocate for improvements in our products and services.
- take ownership of customer projects, providing technical guidance and support throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing maintenance.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Sports Technology etc.). We welcome fresh graduates who are technically savvy and/or young professionals who have up to 3 years of work experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent.
- You have gathered first experiences, while studying or working with the OS Linux
- You feel comfortable with IT networks TCP/UDP
- You don’t shy away from occasional travels (1-2 per quarter) with prolonged periods on sight during your onboarding, as well as customer onboarding
- In this role you also need to be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings (on-call duty)
- You are very interested in groundbreaking and new technologies such as IoT, and have maybe already gathered first experiences with sports tech.
