Junior Data Quality Analyst - Charlotte NC

What is the Purpose of this position? This role will be responsible for improving data quality within our CRM and assisting the Sales Operations Team with the implementation of a global, data-led strategy. This role will report to the Senior Global Sales Operations Manager.

What are your Key Responsibilities?

• Monitoring and reviewing data that is entered in the company’s CRM, checking for completion and accuracy.
• Data cleansing using tools such as Ring Lead and Excel to identify, assess and resolve any data quality issues.
• Developing data quality best practices guidelines and working with internal team leads across the organization to implement these guidelines.
• Address the root causes of data inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
• Review the large partnership global rosters to enter new locations and update changed locations.
• Vertical database analysis with the responsibility of identifying new contacts and locations to add to the CRM.
• Sales territory data analysis that provides valuable insights to North American sales leaders.
