The Jr. Data Scientist will partner with company Executives to discover ways to optimize business operations and other initiatives. The Jr. Data Scientist will review company databases and external sources to make inferences about data figures and complete statistical calculations. They may also be responsible for creating presentations and participating in public speaking opportunities to highlight business growth areas and relay information with respect to initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Structure large data sets to find usable information
- Work with a team of scientists and other associates to process information
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

- Technical writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- A positive approach in your outlook with a “can-do” attitude and love for multi-tasking
- A clear communicator and effective relationship builder
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Reporting and data visualization skills
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres and MySql
- Experience with data reporting software such as Tableau
- Experience with data storage, such as Snowflake
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 preferred
