Junior Delivery Consultant

Our team is working with solutions based on our software portfolio: Maximo TRIRIGA Environmental Intelligence Suite Envizi Complex Engineering Supply Chain and B2B Collaboration portfolios in a global service organisation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

To help achieve this this role may include but not be limited to…
• Provide pre-sales support and estimates as the technical specialist to Solution Sellers and Project Managers
• Work with other consultants to implement our of solutions for clients and partners
• Providing technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to assist them in getting the most out of our technology solutions.
• Work with the services team to identify and implement processes and best practices that improve our agile workplace culture.
• Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation curiosity and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.

Monthly salary starting from 1808 EUR gross depending on relevant experience and skill set.
This hiring process is for IBM Slovakia s.r.o. entity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Working experience with Coding/Java/SQL
• Solution consulting or relevant industry experience
• B.S. in M.I.S. Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging compellingand influential
• Troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
• Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science information systems or engineering concepts
• Strong data manipulation skills including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (a test is conducted as part of the interview process)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in the delivery of training
• Experience in any of the following domains will be highly regarded: ESG Energy management Asset management Requirement management
• Experience in BI data warehousing statistical or reporting tools would be advantageous.
• Experience in Agile software environments is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and take accountability
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Dynamic team player who is comfortable working in a small but rapidly evolving environment
