Junior Developer Summary: 

As a Junior Developer on the Technical Operations team, you will grow your technical skills while building a mastery of Tenstreet’s technology to contribute to the team’s goals as well as work closely, effectively and accurately with other teams in the organization to solve problems and support our clients.

This team has a comprehensive understanding Tenstreet’s platform and is trusted with a wide variety of responsibilities involving in-depth technical support, creating custom reporting for clients, supporting Tenstreet’s API, integrations with other software providers, working in a SQL database, and troubleshooting our software issues via the database, logs and code repository.   

As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for: 

• Growing to have a detailed understanding of Tenstreet’s platform, including the reasons why customers choose Tenstreet and how our solutions solve customer problems.
• Learning about and understanding Tenstreet’s technology, allowing you to provide technical guidance to the account management, operations, and sales teams as they support and sell to clients. 
• Supporting new and existing integrations with clients or third party vendors via Tenstreet’s API. 
• Performing the technical setup for new and current clients being implemented on Tenstreet’s enterprise software. 
• Writing SQL queries and using tools to investigate/problem solve. 
• Recommending and implementing new initiatives to improve client success. 
• Writing basic code, maintaining applications, addressing bugs, and deploying app enhancements

• You have experience with PHP, C,C#, or Python
• Experience in Quality Assurance, software testing and/or product support. 
• Familiarity with browser-based applications. 
• Project management skills 
• Experience troubleshooting software or programs to uncover and solve problems.  
• You’re a troubleshooting savant.
