Junior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated analyst to support our scrum processes within our Salesforce development team. You will be responsible for daily ticket management and backlog grooming, connecting with your team and helping create user stories to support development work and sprint planning. You will be a part of the Salesforce Development Team within Sales Operations and will report to our Manager of Development Operations.
Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales Ops DevOps Manager to set priorities and expectations for bi-weekly sprints and weekly mid-sprint releases
• Groom the backlog as incoming tickets are created
• Work with partners and team members to add well-constructed user stories and user acceptance criteria to Jira tickets, connect with developers to move barriers and translate requirements into relevant criteria
• Run daily stand-up meetings with the development team and attend meetings related to sprint kick-offs and retrospectives

What it takes to catch our eye:

• 3+ Years of experience in Software Development and Agile Project Management
• Experience with both agile and waterfall projects, familiarity with sprint cycles and scrum best practices
• Experience leading development efforts with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems to support large sales teams
• Familiarity with ticket-based project management platforms such as Asana or Jira

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $85,000 - $115,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
