What You'll Do
Partner with Digital Strategists and the sales team through the full digital campaign sales cycle including campaign development, execution, optimization and reporting for local businesses of all sizes. You'll be responsible for the majority of operational tasks associated with launching and managing digital campaigns and help us meet and exceed ambitious revenue goals. This role also provides a built-in career path with a myriad of advancement opportunities. Here's a peek at what you'll do:

• Build effective relationships with internal partners (primarily Digital Strategists and Media Consultants) and clients through strong communication skills and a consultative approach
• Support campaign development activities including but not limited to inventory avail requests, targeting exploration, capability requests, etc.
• Insertion order development and revisions
• Technical support including but not limited to pixel strategy development, google tag manager implementation, google analytics access
• Social media asset aggregation and development
• Paid search competitive analysis and proposal development
• Monitor campaign pacing and mitigate under-delivery
• Support optimization and reporting activities by utilizing multiple data sources to track campaign results
• Support product-related questions/requests in partnership with the Corporate Product Team and media partners
• Opportunity to partner with Digital Strategists and Media Consultants on campaign strategy, development of client-facing presentations
• Attend job-related training to increase knowledge of Cox Media and competitor services
• Embrace consultative selling techniques

Who You Are
You know how to generate results through research. You're on top of trends and our latest tech. You've never met a deadline you didn't like, and you've never missed one either. The following qualifications come with you:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.
• The ability to travel as business needs dictate.
• Experience with planning and implementing cross-channel digital campaigns.
• Experience included but not limited to Programmatic Media/ DSPs, Social Media ad platforms, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with pixel placement, conversion tracking and attribution and Microsoft Excel.
• An analytical mindset and an eye for detail.
