(Junior) EPR Product Compliance Manager (f/m/x)

 What you will do:  

• Creating accurate and timely periodic EPR reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external service providers to ensure smooth communication and efficient data collection 
• Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in EPR legislation and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance 
• Monitoring and tracking EPR costs, invoices, and budget to ensure accurate financial reporting 
• Maintaining comprehensive source files for dashboards and backup files to facilitate data retrieval and support audits 
• Assisting other product compliance team members with their responsibilities, providing support and ensuring cohesive compliance efforts 

 What we are looking for:  

• High affinity for numbers and interest in legal texts 
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills, to optimize manual tasks and utilize helper files and small-scale automation 
• Ideally prior experience in EPR reporting or compliance management 
• Versatility in grasping concepts from multiple areas such as law, finance, product, and environment 
• Great attention to detail, as there is a need to accurately input numbers manually in various tasks 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds across Europe 
• Strong organizational skills to work independently and meet external deadlines 
• Ability to act quickly, adapt to changes, and prioritize tasks effectively 
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
