Junior Financial Analyst

At Neo Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial decision-making processes and analysis. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely data reporting, helping to drive the company's financial strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Support the analysis of financial data, identifying trends, and compiling findings into reports.
• Conduct market research and assist in preparing financial forecasts.
• Assist in the budgeting process by gathering necessary data and helping with variance analysis.
• Support senior analysts and financial managers with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect relevant financial information and ensure smooth data flow.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other financial software tools.
• Basic understanding of financial principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in financial analysis.
• Fluency in English and Russian: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages;
