Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in the preparation and processing of supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Recording and reconciliation outcoming payments, applying them to the appropriate supplier accounts
• Conducting regular follow-ups with suppliers and finance analysts to ensure timely payments and resolving any inquiries
• Preparing and maintaining accounts receivable reports and aging schedules
• Assistance in the analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends and potential issues
• Participation in month-end and half-year-end closing activities, including financial reporting and reconciliation
• Supporting the Accounts Payable manager in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Contributing to the development and implementation of internal controls and process improvements to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of bank reconciliation

Qualifications

• Finance/ Business degree/certificates
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Good Excel skills
• Previous professional experience (as an intern also) would be a plus
• Experience working with any ERP would be a plus
