Job Summary

CAMP is looking for a Jr. Financial Analyst to join its Merrimack, NH office. The successful candidate will assist CAMP's financial analysis through monthly audits and reconciliations, budgeting and planning, variance analysis, general accounting, and cost accounting. The Jr. Financial Analyst will also assist in the planning, organization, and execution of analyses supported by the Financial Management Team and Executive Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare KPI's and corresponding analysis across the organization.
• Assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports for the Executive Management Team and the Board.
• Perform analysis, reporting, and auditing for Sales, Operations, and Human Resources.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations, as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 0 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills required
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity
• Experience writing SQL queries is a plus
• Experience with Accounting systems is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and ability to travel as necessary (1 - 2 times per month)
• Effective as a team player and working autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and with minimal supervision
