We are looking for an accomplished Finance Manager to join our group-wide finance team as part of our headquarters office in Dublin.

Job Description

We expect the Junior Financial Specialist to: 

• Process invoices and payments accurately and promptly,
• Perform data entry and maintenance of financial records,
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data,
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements,
• Participatе in the budgeting process,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information,
• Adhere to internal financial controls and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Must-have skills: 

• Bachelor's degree or last year's student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• Attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility,
• Fast-learner,
• Fluent English,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
