(Junior) Frontend Developer (m/f/d)

Styla is changing the way brands and retailers interact with their customers digitally. Our technology enables merchants to run their store in headless mode, with split-second load times and unprecedented stability, which boosts conversion rates, especially on mobile devices. We are now bringing this technology to market, targeting small and medium businesses around the world, using the BigCommerce ecommerce platform.

To continuously improve our customer satisfaction, we are looking for you as Junior Frontend Developer (m/f/d).

• the flawless configuration and styling implementation of our product ideally with direct customer communication
• technical support for product installation
• creation of skins, themes and presets

• designing and implementation of styling system improvements

• implementation of product and editor UX improvements

For this you ideally bring:

• first professional experience in SaaS-based software support
• very good HTML and CSS knowledge and programming skills (JS or similar)
• fast grasp of new technical concepts
• very good communication skills in written and spoken English
• independent working style

• intermediate programming skills (JS)
• basic experience in data management (JSON, SQL)
• analysis of network calls / API calls
• Project management
• Use of browser development tools (postman or similar)
• Experience with ticketing softwares
• communication skills in written and spoken German
