Junior Full-Stack Developer

With Erento, you can find motorhomes for your dream holiday, sports cars for the adrenaline kick, equipment for events of any size, tools for smaller or bigger construction projects, and finally, artists to make any celebration special by lending their talents.

From the B2B side, we offer rental companies a complete package of services, and we assist them in every step of the way. That’s our mission in a nutshell!

With more than 500 000 rental requests per year, we’ve become Europe’s largest rental portal and we’re quite proud of that.

We are looking for a reliable, communicative and self-organized full-stack developer with a good knowledge of javascript, who pays attention to the clean code, is a good team player and will share our passion for learning new things every day.

• You will work with our development team along with the product, BI, marketing and sales departments
• You will work on ~100 microservices on Kubernetes cluster running on Google Cloud Platform but also our Angular frontend SPA
• You will review and refactor code and designs on a regular basis
• You will participate in code reviews for other colleagues
• You will continuously share your technical know-how and learn from others to help us stay a trend-setter

Availability: Europe within CET ± 1h

• You have a moderate knowledge of javascript/typescript on backend and frontend side
• You have a basic understanding of cloud-based solutions
• You are familiar with at least one other language for example PHP, Python or Go
• You have experience in continuous integration/delivery and in test automation
• You know how to write unit tests as well as functional tests
• You are passionate about cutting-edge technologies
• You have knowledge of design patterns and the ability to understand business needs, systems limitations and can provide a solution to design bottlenecks
• You will have to travel to Berlin HQ a few times a year
