Junior Full-Stack Engineer

Mantra Health is a digital mental health clinic on a mission to improve access to evidence-based mental healthcare for young adults. Through augmenting high quality clinical services with software and design, we're on a mission to improve the mental health of over 20 million university and college students through partnerships with higher education institutions and health insurance plans.

In this role, you'll:

• Be an early engineer at a VC backed startup.
• Collaborate closely on a tight-knit team.
• Work in a fast-paced environment (production releases at least 2x/week).
• Work within a framework of best engineering practices, such as code review, automated testing, and end-of-sprint reflection.
• Take a thoughtful approach to engineering that strikes a balance between code quality, flexibility, and time-to-market.
• Have ownership of feature delivery and input into technical decisions.

We are looking for an engineer with:

• Experience developing in React and Javascript
• A drive to create the future of digital mental health care

Bonus if you have

• Interest in GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Typescript is a major plus
• A love of learning and opinions about your technologies of choice
• An openness to experimentation, and an entrepreneurial attitude
