Job Description

• The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations;
• The employee is responsible for final design amendments based on the superior’s comments and gaining full approval.

Qualifications

• Secondary (higher, special, etc.) education
• Professional or bachelor’s degree in game art, digital media, or similar;
• At least 1 year of professional experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max;
• Excellent knowledge of Corona Render;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite tool;
• Knowledge of game art standards and trends;
• Advanced English language, both verbal and written;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Ability to provide actionable feedback;
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion, and attention to detail;
• Understanding of online gaming

DUTIES:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final asset hand-off to development or production;
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and improvements;
• Collaboration with developers and design team;
• Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions;
• Game asset development and game environment building that include architectural and interior design;
• Prepare source files for development and supervise implemented graphics;
• Complete work prior to deadline;
• High Poly/Low Poly modelling;
• Texture Painting, UVW, Shading;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
• Participate in meetings and regular design reviews;
• Report to the direct manager.
