We are pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Junior Game Performance Integrity Analyst.

Job Description

The Junior Game Performance Risk Analyst ensures continuous risk management of Evolution games and the environment. The main objective of the role is to proactively anticipate fraudulent activities related to game integrity and take all necessary actions to ensure fraudulent activities are detected, analysed and mitigated.

Duties

• Observe and investigate game performance financial and non-financial data for signs of advantage play, collusion, game malfunction, bugs and wrong payouts;
• Investigate game performance results and trends and assess the threat level;
• Provides support and assistance to Live and RNG Risk Analysts in areas related to game performance assessment;
• Assists Product Owners, Evolution management and clients with game performance analysis, as per request;
• Maintains familiarity with the games at a facility and with strategies and techniques used by players at such games;
• Makes proper notifications of gaming and other violations; 
• Reports any abnormal issues or situations to the Game Integrity and Risk and Evolution Management;
• Performs other duties, as asked by the manager, related to this position and meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement occurs during working time and is not considered additional work. 

Qualifications

• A higher or incomplete higher education.
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
• Mathematical mindset;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word is a must);
• Possession of the following skills and personal qualities: analytical skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, self-driven, and fast learning.
