Job Description

Main Tasks

• Bookkeeping : Oversees the overall invoicing process, ensures accuracy, and handles complex issues
• Processing of all general ledger relevant business transactions of our local company in the Netherlands in co-operation with HQ
• Preparation of the financial statements of our Dutch entties in accordance with local accounting standards
• Periodic reconciliation of general ledger accounts and bank accounts as well as our intercompany transactions and IC balances
• Processing of local asset and accounts receivable accounting
• Preparation of reports for the Central Statistical Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant with experiences in the preparation of financial statements;
• Knowledge of the English language at min. B2 - must have,
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel,
• Knowledge of Oracle is desirable
• Analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and search for solutions,
• Active task taking and the ability to work in a team,
• Independence, regularity, commitment and diligence

Additional Information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
