Job Description
We are looking for a talented International Junior Recruiter, who desires grow with us!
- Be responsible for Commercial (Sales) recruitment in the US, Canada & LATAM markets
- Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their hiring needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;
- Candidate management: screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top tier candidate experience. Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity;
- Candidate search: using a variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
- Database management: keeping internal recruitment systems up to date;
- Analysis and reporting: preparing recruitment related reports and analysis;
- Interviewing and evaluating candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements;
- Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Participation in other HR related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time;
- Recruitment experience with a proven record;
- Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills;
- A pro-active and driven approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- People-oriented and energetic.
