Job Description

We're looking for a Jnr Graphic Designer! 

If you have have a creative flair, strong ability to translate requirements into effective designs, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, we'd like to meet you!

Be at the creative heart of an AdTech company where you will design compelling ads with the objective of driving awareness and conversion for our clients and internal. 

• Study design briefs from key stakeholders on campaign concepts, branding and design concepts and translate to requirements. 
• Conceptualize visuals and assets including but not limited to social media templates, ad creatives, EDM designs, GIFs, landing pages and videos.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team. 
• Collaborate with other team members to develop a variety of branded marketing materials.
• Create high-engagement graphic designs in line with respective brand guidelines and vision.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and adhere to project deadlines.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Only open to Malaysian Citizens and Malaysian PRs

What we need you to have:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a digital designer in an agency or in-house. 
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. 
• Proficiency with video editing, through softwares such as Premier Pro or Aftereffects will be a plus
• A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics
• Highly proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Understanding of branding and design concepts
• Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc as well as other digital content distribution channels

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in digital marketing or previous working experience in digital marketing
• Experience in creating content for brands on social media
• Degree in Design
