About The Role

Petal & Pup's Junior Graphic Designer position will work closely with the creative marketing team to provide creative outputs for digital content in line with Brand direction.

Responsibilities

• Complete all digital assets as needed weekly for EDMs, digital ads and other necessary moments. 
• Support general adhoc requests made by the Creative team
• Support in competitive research or trend analysis to help contribute to weekly reports
• Work closely aligned with current creative timelines
• Creatively contribute to new marketing initiatives by staying up to date with current trends in fashion and digital creative technology
• Keep updated with relevant trends from other fashion retailers and branch beyond fast fashion
• Think about the customer in each and every design choice that is made to ensure that we are aligned with what is Petal & Pup.

Background & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (completed or studying) or related experience ideal but not a requirement
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premier Pro)
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
• Work is fun, so someone who will contribute and work hard while keeping a positive attitude!
• Have an interest in fashion, design, and brand building.
