Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for working with the other members of the marketing team to create campaigns, web pages, landing pages, social media posts, event design, swag design and presentations. You'll be one of the main shepherds of our new brand and growing line of products. The work will be broad, fast paced and collaborative. Our ideal candidate is a self starting designer that has enough experience to tackle any of the requests we receive from our internal clients and partners. Has a strong desire to learn and grow. You are fast but thorough and thoughtful when you design. You need to be creative, organized, collaborative and humble. You are constantly "filling your bucket" creatively and have a passion for excellent design no matter how large or small the job is. You would have an interest in mentoring and being mentored. Culture is important on the creative team so bonus points are awarded for someone that likes to have fun and can brush off pressure with humor and grace. Responsibilities

• Create world class design for any of the aforementioned requests
• Collaborate with other team members to create designs that move the needle
• Work closely with our other designers
• Maintain and organize your files and designs
• Be 100% organized with your projects
• Be able to accurately estimate your time on projects
• Be a brand advocate inside and outside the company
• Other experience/interests are a plus (illustration, motion design, photography, etc.)
• Dedication to building company and team culture is a must

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years work experience
• Online Portfolio
• Comfortable receiving design feedback
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Expert knowledge of Figma
