About the role:
The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing and managing end-to-end graphics and brand assets for both digital and print platforms to deliver best-in-class brand presence across the Unybrands portfolio. The position will work closely with Brand, Strategy, and Marketing Teams cross-functionally and with external partners.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
- Design and maintain brand assets for all product and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite software—primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Identify and apply strong principles of color theory and typographic hierarchy to deliver eye catching marketing infographics.
- Ensure visual consistency of images, maintain corporate brand standards and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams as well as with 3rd parties to deliver best-in-class trend forward compositions and visual stories with a user-centric approach.
- Optimize and localize content for applications in international locations applying translations and appropriate graphic techniques as needed.
- Manage high-volume design requests across several brands daily while understanding priority and maintaining organized design files.
- Improve design ways of working to find areas of opportunity to improve efficiency.
A successful team member will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and producing files for digital and print production.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong typography and visual hierarchy skills understanding marketing and advertising graphics a plus.
- Detail-oriented and deadline focused with attention to detail both in design composition and visual content storytelling.
- Strong project planning, tracking and organizational skills.
