Junior Graphic Designer - Marketing
Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Junior Graphic Designer to support our Senior Graphic Designer and Sr. Art Director in producing exceptional visual content across a variety of platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is passionate about branding, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is hybrid, working in our Philadelphia office Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. In-office days are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
• Support the creation of marketing collateral for digital and print formats, including email graphics, social media assets, website graphics, catalogs, postcards packaging, and more.
• Support website graphic and page updates, applying UX principles to enhance user engagement
• Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal style direction.
• Coordinate with external design partners to uphold brand standards.
• Assist with seasonal graphic rollouts and product launch campaigns.
• Resize and crop assets for multiple placements and channels.
• Prepare and format images for email, web, and social use.
Production Support
• Create product renderings and mini mockups using existing templates.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in specs and formatting.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
• Support light copywriting and proofreading tasks to ensure clean, accurate deliverables.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Sr. Art Director, photo and marketing teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Help coordinate with external vendors for print and promotional materials as needed.
• Stay up to date with design, social, and e-commerce trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
• 2+ years of full-time graphic design experience, ideally in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop,InDesign, Illustrator); Figma experience is a plus.
• Basic photo editing and layout design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to take creative direction and feedback.
• Interest in packaging, product development, and branded storytelling is a plus.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or other email/UX platforms is a plus.
• Experience with styled product mockups or packaging
• A love for color, pattern, and whimsical design
