Junior Growth Marketer
Job Description
Hill House is seeking an Junior Growth Marketer to support our team. This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to strengthen their creative and analytical skills through hands-on email, paid and customer marketing programs and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manages content, copy, and landing page deliverables to agency and approves all trafficking
- Manages visual marketing calendar for all growth channels including email, SMS, and all paid channels (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Google, Bing, Programmatic)
- Works closely with brand team in maximizing usage of all content including editing videos (Tiktok, Instagram Reels) and monitoring usage rights
- Works closely with Director of Growth Marketing to optimize creative based on tactic, channel and intent and assist in the management of performance media channels, inclusive of paid social, display, affiliates and influencers
- Codes all emails and SMS campaigns - we can teach you how!
- Partners in segmentation strategy for email, SMS and paid channels
- Managing key growth marketing reports
- Responsible for watching the competitive landscape and archiving competitor’s marketing activity throughout the year
- Actively managing affiliate reach out and monthly notes for our affiliate partners to update them on marketing activity and product refreshes
- Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, industry trends, strategies and latest developments across channels
- Strong attention to detail with proven time-management and organizational skills; ability to effectively project manage several deliverables at high quality expectations
- Solid teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interface with all levels of management
- Uses logical thought process to solve problems and has the ability to clearly and concisely communicate insight and go forward plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills a must; ability to communicate detailed analyses into high level summaries for easy distribution, understanding and action
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in all other MS Office applications
- Digital marketing and/or Email experience required, preferably in a retail e-commerce environment
- Google Analytics, Looker, Klaviyo and Attentive experience is a plus
- Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy
- Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams
