The Junior HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting end to end HR delivery and performance of our Employee Experience teams.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- The immediate and primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of an aligned strategic business and end to end people agenda for the assigned organizations. This will involve contributing to the development of new ways of working in addition to transposing existing policies, processes and practices.
- Support the development and execution of the strategic and operational people plan, including organizational design, culture creation and maintenance, policies and practices for resourcing, developing capability, industrial & employee relations and reward.
- Lead the execution of local implementation of smaller and mid-scale organizational and organizational structure changes, in line with country regulations / policies.
- Ensure people practices comply with current policies and applicable statutory regulations.
- Support great employee relations, including counseling, performance problems and advancement issues.
- Manage basic HR processes and general reporting in Workday.
Job Dimensions :
- The Junior HR Business Partner is accountable for the support of a medium size operational area and / or cross tower(s) and is a member of the HR teams with collective responsibility for the holistic performance.
- This role is responsible for coaching, developing, and advising assigned client groups and works with guidance from assigned Senior HR Business Partner.
Key requirements and skills:
- 1-2 years' experience in human resources areas, HR generalist or HR operations background is preferred
- Degree preferably in the field of Economics, or Human Resources subject area or other relevant fields.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Hungarian.
- Very good analytics skills and literacy in handling data and reports, using Workday and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact at different levels in a professional and positive manner.
- Self-driven personality and ability to manage activities in a solution oriented and independent manner.
- Well-organized, efficient in approach and able to deal with multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and learning agility - eagerness to develop oneself and to find ways to increase work efficiency by using modern tools and technology.
- Full accountability for driving agenda and own the results delivery.
