Junior HR Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What is the necessary skill set?:
- About 1 year of HR experience or relevant internship experience in an HR-related role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and a mindful approach, building positive relationships with employees.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude in identifying and resolving HR-related issues.
- English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills
- HRIS Knowledge: Basic experience with HRIS systems or a willingness to learn.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to support the HR team in various functions.
What should you do?
- Administrative Support: Maintain HR records, handle employee documentation, and support the HR team with various administrative tasks.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, and support the HR team in maintaining positive working relationships.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and probation period check-ins. Support offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and local labor laws.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Reporting: Use HRIS systems to maintain employee data and assist in generating HR-related reports.
