Junior HR Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. What is the necessary skill set?:

• About 1 year of HR experience or relevant internship experience in an HR-related role.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and a mindful approach, building positive relationships with employees.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude in identifying and resolving HR-related issues.
• English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills
• HRIS Knowledge: Basic experience with HRIS systems or a willingness to learn.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to support the HR team in various functions.

What should you do?

• Administrative Support: Maintain HR records, handle employee documentation, and support the HR team with various administrative tasks.
• Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, and support the HR team in maintaining positive working relationships.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and probation period check-ins. Support offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and local labor laws.
• Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Reporting: Use HRIS systems to maintain employee data and assist in generating HR-related reports.
