Your Role and Responsibilities
The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. Help IBMers to build their career by providing them with a personalized experience. In this role you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM strategy.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• managing personal file of IBM employees
• processing ASK HR requests
• preparing work contract and appendixes
• supporting employees during HR open hours
• reports preparation
• verification – checking completeness of employee’s documentation
• answering HR related employees queries
• entering data into HR systems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• accuracy meticulousness timeliness
• focus on details
• good MS Office knowlegde
• fluent Polish
• good English level
• ability to effectively cooperate in the team
• highly developed communication and organizational skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• experience in HR or administration areas – nice to have
