Our Pods (small teams of 5 or less) are comprised of personnel with similar skillsets to ensure mentorship, understanding, and peer support.

Role:

We are looking for a Jr Level Human Resources Program Manager to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. The Human Resources Program Manager to perform strategic, technical, and administrative assistance to support OHR Talent Management strategy development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying strategic HR needs, defining business function roles and accountabilities, establishing HR measures, and developing/administering HR programs and policies
  • Developing strategies for HR systems, tools and technologies and developing a human capital service delivery plan
  • Workforce planning activities to identify and address the gaps between the workforce of today and the human capital needs of tomorrow (i.e., size, type, experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, etc.)
  • Developing strategies for client succession management to assist with strengthen current and future organization leadership.

Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • 3-7 years of Human Capital experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
