JUNIOR INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER (Spanish speaking)

BURGA — a non-traditional fashion brand taking the world by storm — is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager X Spain.

We take everyday boring items and, with a bit of magic and extreme imagination, turn them into the lifestyle & fashion accessories people are psyched to use.

GET READY TO:

- Identify suitable social media influencers in Spain and negotiate partnerships and contracts;

- Create and develop best outreach strategies;

- Create, build, and maintain influencer relationships and networks;

- Lead and develop strategies for performance-oriented campaigns, including crafting engaging stories and creating briefs;

- Measure the effectiveness of influencer collaborations through analytics and reporting;

- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results;

- Monitor fashion industry trends, best influencer marketing campaigns, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for our brand;

- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels (PR, paid social, email marketing, etc).

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

- Fluent in English - C1 required;

- Fluent Spanish;

- To have experience managing multiple social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube;

- To be passionate about the fashion industry and social media trends;

- Have an analytical mindset and familiarity with performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROI, AOV, etc);

- Have the ability to prioritize;

- Excellent communication skills.

SALARY:

1300 - 1900 Eur/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
