Junior Integration Developer

West Monroe's internal ICT (Information & Collaboration Technology), team is searching for a Junior Integration Developer to build and maintain API-based integrations across our organization. In this role, you will be using a modern platform (Mulesoft) to enable our systems to communicate efficiently. If you have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as a drive for excellence, this position is for you.

Junior Integration Developer Responsibilities:

• Building, testing, and documenting integration projects
• Coordinating activities with other developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on time
• Formulating strategies and designing architectures for systems integrations
• Ensuring that best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization
• Maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture
• Identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues
• Assisting with the management of organizational databases and retrieval systems
• Keeping up to date with Mulesoft education and certification

Junior Integration Developer Requirements:

• A bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• At least one years' experience as a programmer or computer scientist
• Superior programming skills that relate to code development, maintenance, and implementation
• Meticulous knowledge of integrations, API development processes, and integration architectures
• Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and fix errors in complex code
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform tasks independently
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of two or more programming languages (C#, C++, Java, Python, or others)
• Mulesoft expertise a boon, but not a requirement
