Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing or an accounting and finance-related field


Job Summary

The Junior Investor Reporting Analyst ensures timely and accurate reporting, remitting and reconciling of all loan-level activity.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance with investor guidelines and servicing requirements
  • Establish servicing system to ensure all loans report accurately
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation for investor bank accounts
  • Monitor the outstanding reconciling items for agency-owned custodial bank accounts
  • Maintain loan-level accuracy on servicing system and delivering superior ratings from agencies monthly
  • Manage cash flow within investor reporting, including principal and interest advances
  • Research and resolve inquiries received from investors throughout the month
