Junior IT Analyst

If you are a recent college grad with an interest in AI, the junior analyst role might be for you! It will involve Conversational AI and gathering and analyzing data related to user needs and experiences, creating and maintaining surveys and interviews, and providing actionable recommendations to improve IT services.
The Data Analyst could support the User Advocacy Group in connecting with hospital users to ensure their IT needs are understood and addressed, engage in conversational analysis to enhance the effectiveness of our AI solutions and/or analyze complex business problems to be solved with technology, integration, or workflow solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gather and document user, business and macro market requirements and feedback through surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations identifying trends, patterns and insights along the way. (Data collection sources include but are not limited to user surveys, interviews, feedback forms, and market research).
• Design and implement data collection sources and maintain surveys and interviews to capture user experiences and IT needs. Using conversational logs, ticket data, voice recordings prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Build, maintain, and update analytics dashboards to track user satisfaction and other performance metrics, KPIs and other performance indicators based on tools of choice by the business.
• Conduct forensic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Summarize complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders
• Synthesize data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into user needs and market best practices.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate and provide insights into financial performance.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver actionable insights.

Recent college grads with a relevant degree in Computer Science/Technology and class projects/internships will be considered. This role is remote but quarterly onsite meetings in NYC might be required some preference will be given to applicants in the tri-state area.
