Junior IT Analyst with Python

If you are a recent college grad with an interest in AI, the junior analyst role might be for you! It will involve Conversational AI and gathering and analyzing data related to user needs and experiences, creating and maintaining surveys and interviews, and providing actionable recommendations to improve IT services.
Recent college grads with a relevant degree in Computer Science/Technology and class projects/internships will be considered. This role is remote to start but quarterly onsite meetings in NYC are required as well as on-site 1 day a week in the future. Preference will be given to applicants who are within commutable distance to midtown NYC.  
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Conversational AI Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing conversational AI systems, such as virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will need to have basic programming skills to support the development, testing, and improvement of AI-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze chatbot interactions and identify areas for improvement in AI responses.
• Support the development of conversational AI interactions by reviewing and enhancing dialogue flows.
• Use programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to write basic scripts or queries for data analysis and model fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI performance.
• Assist in gathering user feedback to inform the continuous improvement of AI interactions.
